Congrats to all of you!

I was astonished when suddenly at 14 months sober I realized how low my anxiety was. The changes you all have to look forward to will keep coming.

I still had periods of uncomfortable anxiety all through that first year. I mean, feeling more anxious than the situation really called for. I found exercise to be a huge help for those moments, even if all I did was two minutes of calisthenics. It was enough to take my mind off the anxiety and to reset my heart rate and breathing. "Nervous energy" is a real thing!

A lot of physical healing is going on. Well done, SC.

I used to suffer such awful anxiety the day after a binge. I needed to be heldntightly, it is the worse feeling i have experienced from.alcohol, that and palpatations so bad i thought my heart would pack up! Well done and keep.up the good work 😀
