Ho Ho Ho ~

Got more Snow last Night, but it's blinding Sun today. 6 F [-14 C] tonight with no Clouds to 'hold' the Temps in close to the Ground. Good Moon this Morning, and perhaps even better tonight.

I very clearly remember going to our Hometown Museum as a Wee Bastid. There was a Mummy in a Glass Case. Mebbe ~7,000 Years old. I recall looking down for a long time and realizing - as goes the old Song - 'Is that all there is'? I haven't sweat it much since because - for me - the Science is so compelling. I'm kewl with that. Make it happen this time around. The Spiritual/Soul/Reincarnation aspect is a whole other Construct that I'll skip this Morning. In any Case, 'tis what we make it...

I'm in a *Secret* FB Group where no one can see what ~50 of us are up to. It's great! Like the old Salon Concept back in the '20s where Folks read a Book, and discussed it at Weekly Meetings, along with germane Topics of the Day. I don't really see FB Folks bragging on about this-or-that, and don't care anyway. It's my old love of Ham Radio, but with a Keyboard instead of a Brass Morse Code Key ..-. ** .--. * --- * ... * . * .-. * ...

I've put this one up before, but it's too timely for Marty's ever-so-crafty SIL...

The painfully-funny, cringe-worthy Home For The Holidays is our kinda viewing, along with the Traditional Movies.

That sounds good. If it wasn't 65 degrees out it would be even more appropriate for this time of year, haha. Bacon sandwich for me tonight. Or possibly breakfast for dinner. Regardless, bacon will be involved. Need to use it before it goes bad. At least that's my excuse.

Unbelievable! My idiot cousin insisted we go to a club at which I am a member. I don't remember telling him. We were there five minutes when he decided to tell a complete stranger where they were going wrong on a fruit machine (stranger not impressed)

On top of this he is wearing simply unacceptable shoes, two tone monstrosities that would look fine in Charleston with Tom Wolfe wearing them but not here. Even worse, he thinks they look great and is ostentatiously leaving his feet on the furniture. Disgraceful. He is the only other male Saoutchik of my generation thank goodness

Oh man - that's beautiful Mesa.

I finally found a sort of reason why I should have a roommate. I can't eat a whole bag of Satsumas before they start drying out.

There.

Sao,

What's a fruit machine? And ughhhh it doesn't even look like his feet fill out the shoes. Super douche.

Mesa, the first time I went to Mexico they took me to see the mummies in Guanajuato. I was severely hungover and promptly threw up everywhere. Not bc I was grossed out, the hangover was just that bad. The guys I was with were kind about it... it was a job interview, this Japanese company flew me down for a consulting/translating position. It was my first time eating escamoles, too... ant larvae. I liked it a lot!

It kind of bummed me out to see the mummies...I, too, was like, is that all there is? And they are stuck there with us just staring at them..

Mesa's and Melina's musings haha!

Quadruple douche if he's the one taking the picture. What's up with people taking photos of their feet?
