day 5 i think alcohol is out of my veins but not my mind , another weird night of sleep or lack of, feeling strange like walking in a fog but no chance of picking up a drink, need advise on this. i get to my job today and on my desk is a 1.75 ltr of Vodka with a Xmas card, of coarse its my brand...So what do i do with it ? if i give away there is a chance i will be giving it to someone who is battling their butt of to kick the drink. dumping it would be a feeble attempt to rid the world of the poison, i do not think in California a retail store can accept a return on alcohol and i do not know where it was purchased, it came from a newspaper that i advertise in so there is no one person i can say no thank you i do not drink, the ad manager whom i got hammered with on Vodka is out of New York, not sure what to do other than dump it, what would you do ?

I'd try to gift it to someone who I'd know would spend at least a year to get through that much vodka, used to be a foreign concept to me, but those people do exist.

Good job! Don't know if I could have dumped it . Though I have no desire to drink, that's a $40 bottle. I guess it's a small price. Now I have a craving for olives.
