Another great snack (cravings or none) is grapes & cheese. I've been eating this all week. They go so well together.

Spinach

Apple and elderflower juice , tomato juice with a hit of Tabasco and ice .
Tea gallons of tea and my Mum and Dads recipe for beetroot chutney preferable within a cheese sandwich but straight on a spoon isn't bad either.

I don't eat for cravings specifically, but ice cream with fruit on top is a nice snack I use at night to make myself feel like I'm getting a reward for a day well done, since I used to drink to reward myself for a day ... well, just done :p

Fresh Fruit. Citrus, Honeydew melon, watermelon, fresh cut pineapple, strawberries, grapes...well, you get the picture. HAS to be fresh !!! No canned stuff !
