623 days.

It means a lot for the little posts that are posted on my thread.
I just want to stay here.
I'm scared and crying a lot of the time.
I have a mental health condition, BPD, PTSD and DID are what has been recognised.
Dissociation symptoms are at the moment.
Just remembering stuff happening to me and me doing stuff, to write down to share with my sponsor as my step work.
Really confused and scared.
Very co-dependent.

Just want to connect.
