Thank you all. I lack confidence and faith in my ability. I am very dependent and don't know how to do much. I have a dual-diagnosis.

Hi again.

I don't know where i fit in.

I have had a look around the site.

I have a type of dual diagnosis.
I am experiencing dissociation at the moment.

As well as wanting to stop drugs and alcohol (20 months) I have been led to mental health issues and always felt like i have had a mental health issue lying underneath using these substances.

I am sorry that you are struggling so much, 2sensitive.

Do you have any face-to-face support; perhaps your therapist could suggest some.

What about family and friends?

We are here for you and we are listening.

I have a sponsor and a therapist.

I am dual diagnosis as well. Alcoholism, PTSD and GAD. So you have been sober for 20 months? Or? If you are dissociating you should definitely see your dr. I'm glad you can at least post here. That means you have some finger on things. Are you supposed to be on meds?
