Day5

Hi all,
I'm on day five of being sober. I joined earlier in the week but then lost my password

I've tried going into the chat rooms but it doesn't seem very active. Is there a peak time?
I'm in a Spanish speaking country and feel I can't attend meetings. Are the online meetings here daily?
Thanks for any help. I need it!

Hi Jema, welcome to SR. There are lots of support here.

There are meetings on the chat room, but I dont know what day and time they are scheduled, maybe someone else can help you with this.

Hi Jema

Peak times in the chatroom generally follow US timezones.

There are Tuesday and Friday meetings at 9pm EST (US)

This link can help you work out what time that might be for you, altho if you're in Europe that's going to be the middle of the night.

Congrats on five days, Jema33! Hope you'll become a regular participant here on the forums. The chat rooms are nice but sometimes the conversation here on the forums can flow just as fast-paced and there's nearly always someone hanging around here who is ready to talk.

Thanks everyone.
Having problems sleeping. Not getting to sleep but staying asleep. Nightmares are frequent and violent.
Congratulations on your day 5 also, racing.
It's 5am, so I guess I'm on day 6!

Good job Jema on 6 days! You're probably out of the worst of the withdrawal I'm guessing. Yay!!

I'm having problems with sleeping as well. It's sucks. Our bodies and brain chemicals are healing.
