I drank for 30 yrs. & had no one in my life to talk to about it. When I found SR I was instantly calmer - just knowing others understood and cared. We know you can get free of it Mary!

I think many on this site finally reach a point where they say enough is enough, and based on your OP, maybe you've reached that point? Tons of very smart people here that will help you along the way. Keep us posted and I wish you the very best.
