+1. Stuff crops up now and then, but the beginning is the toughest, or at least it was for me. The first week specifically. I learned right away that I hadn't really just 'gone to sleep' in many years- I just drank til I passed out. When I would go to bed sober I got panic attacks at first. I felt like I couldn't breath and it was very hard to get any sleep. But that passed after a while.
