I'm back...

hey everyone

. I'm back and just wanted to say hi. I'm binge drinking about one night a week at this point but the day after always makes me contemplate a life without it. I have a complete blast when i'm drinking but the day after (guilt, anxiety, etc.) is getting worse with time. Does anyone have any good books or links they can send me for the stage i'm at? I'm not at a point where i want to go to AA....Just want to read up and learn more about binge drinking, blackout drinking, etc.

One of the things I did when I was first here, was I read a lot of the threads here on SR. There is an amazing amount of wisdom and experience on these boards.
