It's a beautiful day

Ah, it's nice to wake up sober (and sleep good too.) I'm volunteering my time today, Doc say's I need to give part of me away to get something back and move to the next level. He also says there's no limit to what I can do. Then later today,I hope to get ready to donate a lot of my extra clothes to the unfortunate people of Nepal.
