Wishing you well Chill... EEewwwwwww the sweats & trying to remove the cold damp t-shirt... remember it well!!! You're doing great, just try & keep your mind occupied & keep telling yourself this will pass.. I used to try & get excited about the following day & how much better I'm going to feel... it really does help..

Its the dizziness that is bothering me most this morning but yes the sweating could water a rain forest
