Day 3

Feeling a bit better today although very dizzy, guessing that's normal in withdrawals , well day 3 here I come!

TroyW 05-06-2015 01:40 AM

Congrats on day 3 Chilled, keep it up!

And yes, the dizziness is normal. So is the being constantly caked in a film of stinky sweat, if that's by chance happening to you as well.

Chilledice 05-06-2015 01:41 AM

lol YEP sweating buckets here!

Wishing you well Chill... EEewwwwwww the sweats & trying to remove the cold damp t-shirt... remember it well!!! You're doing great, just try & keep your mind occupied & keep telling yourself this will pass.. I used to try & get excited about the following day & how much better I'm going to feel... it really does help..

I take lots of showers and change bedsheets everyday.

You'll feel better tomorrow--are you eating?

Great job Chill. Keep pressing on!

You are doing great, Chilledice. Dizziness for me seemed to be a blood sugar issue in the early days. Keep trying to eat, even if it's sugary food. And keep drinking water.

You can DO this!
