As we strive to not inflict anymore harm to Mother Earth, let us also be aware of the pollutants we pour into our bodies. Be kind to yourself and Mother Earth. Stop polluting.

Quite right Art. I've put so much effort into improving my 'relationship with the planet' over the last dozen years or so whilst continuing to ruin my own body (although I am now a happy vegan of 4 years.) Thankfully I've now started to consider myself a bit ... day 12 off the booze. The clock is also ticking for the cigs ...
