Wow - article about relapse & triggers.

This article made SO MUCH SENSE to me when it came to my relapsing. Holy smokes. Had to share.

This discourages me a bit, but I already knew needles were a trigger for my husband. I got clean last Aug. He uses Iv H. He's also a Brittle Type 1 Diabetic.

Many years ago at AA it was suggested instead of thinking of drinking we think about non drinking thoughts like a quiet beach adventure or one walking in the wild or even shopping etc.
It works if we work it.
