Hi

Dealing with a drinker husband and im in recovery trying to take it a day at a time but hav been isolated so long in our bubble that i have no one to talk to and finding it hard to let my barriers down -even on here. Really helps trading other posts though

Hi and welcome.

There is a forum under “FORUMS” on this site that is very beneficial called “Friends and Families.”

Also highly recommended in your area many be a # of Al Anon meetings, again excellent.
