Update from Rehab

Hello everyone!

I've been at the 30 day rehab facility for two weeks now and things are going great. I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to do this and am soaking up information like a sponge. We go to meetings every weeknight, some AA, some NA, some SMART; all of which have been helpful (of course some meetings are better than others).
I still have two weeks and some change to go and we're starting to set up an outpatient treatment plan for when I leave, but I just wanted to pop in for a quick "hello"

Hope you're all doing well, or at least keeping up the fight <3

Good luck to you, glad you're soaking everything up, get as much out of it as possible... Kudos to you for taking that step, I know it's not easy..

It's great that you are having a good experience. I thought rehab really helped me get a good foundation. Kick start sobriety.

That is some awesome news. I was in
rehab for 28 day with the outpatient
aftercare program added to it back in
1990.

I followed thru and continued on putting
one foot in front of the other applying all
that was taught to me in my everyday
life and all my affairs.

My journey began 24 yrs ago as im
still living my life in recovery, enjoying
it and appreciating all the gifts and
promises granted to us.

I wish you a happy destiny.
