Hello forum

I'm new this forum and to recovery. A couple months in. I've been reading up till now - really appreciate all the collected wisdom. really trying to understand how to stay sober and recover from disappointing my wife of 8 years. had a rocky start to recovery but doing really good now - not letting down my guard, though.
