Congratulations on making the meeting. I hope you are well today. Well done on day three. I hope your day four is better.
Just remember that whatever your husband is going through, very little, if any, has to do with you. It's just hard to be around. Especially when you are feeling fragile. My husband gets loud sometimes. I try to leave the room. Sit in the bathroom with the door closed. Anything.
