day 3
AV is talking to me about vodka am not listening
going to a meeting tonight its one just down the road from me that on every Monday i need a list of all the meetings that are on in Edinburgh, Scotland
so i might ask for one
So instead of vodka i have a nice mug of gingerbread coffee
i can walk to the meeting it starts at 7.30 the only problem i have am scared of dogs because av been attacked by a dog before as long as there no dogs on the way there and back

Also i wanted to say something about this forum
i have had so much support from everyone in this forum am amazed by everyone helping each other and so much love here and understanding
i feel like here is home

Congrats on Day 3! Teh first few days are a very difficult time for most so i'ts great to see that you are taking advantage of as much support as you can. Perhaps you could call someone at your meeting and ask for a ride if you are afraid of walking alone?

my husband plays pc games sometimes he gets angry with them and shout he also has a sore mouth because he is needing work on it but cant see anyone till next week because we have appointments there games he playing he is frustrated with it he shouts this game is very hard he using a controller he throw it
he keeps shouting makes me feel like cutting and drinking

Cutting and drinking won't help, it will make everything worse. Can you give your sponsor or someone else from the meeting a call? Maybe you could go early and have a chat beforehand?

Well he has calmed down he ended up uninstalling the games he was playing
he now reading up things online

thank you the meeting went ok it was pouring of rain and i got caught in it i now have the start of a cold my throat is killing me
