Hi all,

I know I said I'd post more tonight but frankly I'm tired and just climed in bed with my iPad laying next to my wife who is quietly reading . I've felt fine with no cravings. Tomorrow I'm sure to be in as good shape as i have over the past two days. It usually hits me (the cravings) after a week or two. That's when I need to be careful and go to meetings, seek support from SR, friends and family. Just want to read and go to bed. Have a safe and restful evening everyone.
