Hello Everyone!
Today is a Good Time To Change (GTTC). I have been drinking way to much for to long and I can contribute everything I am unable to accomplish in my life to alcohol. This step scares me to say the least. I wonder what will life be like without alcohol.
I got through day one without any problems. I am heading to bed now after reading through the forums. I find myself sleeping earlier and earlier when I don't drink. This is not a bad thing, I just know what my behaviors are like when I do decide to pick up the bottle.
