I have been doing a lot of self reflection and thinking. Came to some realizations about myself and my family of origin. This has helped me in terms of shedding some long term feelings of guilt/shame and alleviating some depression. That has helped me stay away from booze and a coping mechanism. Just a start, and it will continue to be a journey, but for now I am happy to know there is light going forward. Not sure I could have said that a few months ago.

And, big Superbowl tomorrow!! So excited... about the commercials, not the game
