Day 4 almost complete

Had an awesome day today big long bike ride, first time in 6 months i got back into and sober too

Felt great!

Feel crappy now as im bored but just on the waters and food, then sleep so i wont drink

Might watch some of that election coverage and the tennis haha, as thats on atm, then find a movie to end the night.

Better then feeling drunk and hungover.
