Scared - hands shaking on day 17

Ok - this is weird and it's freaking me out a bit. It started a little last night but now I feel my hands shaking. If I hold them out they look like they're trembling - I haven't had this to date so it's freaking me out a bit. Anyone else have hands start shaking days out?

I cannot say I have experienced the shakes that far out, usually gone in a couple of days. however, once in a while it does happen to me out of the blue. usually when I am extremely hungry so likely due to low blood sugar. that could be the case with you. have you eaten much and also if your a coffee drinker have you had more than usual?

Could be a lot of things....anxiety, caffiene, sugar or nutrient imbalance, fatigue, etc... Unfortunatly we can't diagnose you online though, if you truly feel it is a problem consider seeing or calling a doctor.

Ok - it's calming down I ate a little bit - it's weird I'm just not hungry these days. I hear about people eating like crazy and I seem to have to remind myself to eat. Anyway just little movement now - thanks all.

Like others have said it could be a good many things - if eating helped you might want to get checked out at the Drs...

I'm not diagnosing you but it's not uncommon for people to find they're hypoglycemic after years of drinking.
