1 month Sober today
Feeling good. Sun is finally shining, still cold out, but I am celebrating with a walk today. By myself, no kids.

Gives me time to relax and reflect.

7 days without cigarettes. This battle is proving hard, BUT I am staying vigilant.

Thanks to everyone at SR. I could not have done it without your posts and replies and comforting and honest words.
