Congrats, Donny! One month is great! Do what works for you, and what you are willing to make a priority for your sobriety. AA was not my thing either. I struggled with the idea that I was supposed to go to meetings and the lovely people on this site gave me the support to make decisions that were right for my sobriety. You have to tailor it to what works best for you and that could be a combination of things! Keep up the good work man!!!

Congrats on the 30 days and yes if AA doesn't fit with you, you shouldn't go back. However their Big Book is a pretty good read...the first 164 pages are the book, the rest is stories about recovery from those who went through it. I think like others have said, just stay guarded with your sobriety because relapses do happen!

Good luck!
