I am so sorry about what happened.
I want to share with you though. I have been hospitalized for the same thing. I was in the ICU unit for 3 days once. Each time I came out scared straight.
...Did you catch I said "each time"....??
Soon my brain forgot the pain, the fear was forgotten and I drank all over again.
Please please get to an AA meeting or find an out patient program. I hope the hospital gave you some numbers.
