So much fantastic advice everyone thank you so much. And for those struggling I hope that it gets easier for you. I have always been tough on myself and not had a lot of self love. I don't know why, I am a nice person, lots of friends and a great family, a successful business. I need to make my focus looking after and learning to like myself, maybe therein lies the key.
