So much truth in so many different forms and interpretations on this thread about a very important subject (you can probably see that I am interested and also ready to revise my own thoughts about all this) -- again, thank you, Fly; I've learned from it and will keep thinking about it

Seems an impossible dream that I will never have judgement in my thoughts.
That might change, I dunno?
I think the best I can do for now is to not speak those thoughts.
Or let them show in body language or facial expressions either.
It's tough, but worth it. Even if just for my own mental health.
How many times have I spoken a judgement and opened a can of whoop ass on myself.
Too many.... Time to learn a new way of acting until it becomes natural.
Maybe that is when the thoughts stop?
