Well... I am actually on Day 5 today. It's the first in many YEARS, I was laying low since I had a couple of slips and day 3's and 4's and was a little embarrassed about it. But 5 days and moving forward. I will say I am absolutely exhausted in the morning though, and I've had a general dull headache. I never had headaches with drinking (that was never a hangover to me - just didn't happen). Hope to keep this going. Just wanted to share a tiny little milestone.

I'm on day 5 today also Charlie. Been here a couple of times before but must say today has been brutal. Just in a world of my own. I know it will pass though and have no desire to drink which is the main thing. Keep up the good work

The witching hours are upon me and strangely I don't feel like drinking today. I think about it, but just don't feel like it. Strange. Not complaining, just noticing. Tomorrow could be a whole new story.
