Hello sr....

We made it to day 3. Normally this is the worst day of them all. I feel good this morning but the day is young. I have snack food, christian heavy metal and skettels. We can do this.

Heck yeah! Day 3 is a bugger. For me it's the day I always started up again. Probably because the hangover was gone (yes, 2 and 3 day hangovers had become the norm since around 40).

All I can say is forge through it. This is new to me too and I have no idea what I'll feel on day 60, or year 5. I do know I'm 19 days in now and have made it past that dreaded day 3 and a couple of weekends. I've proved to myself it can be done and I'm more sure of the days and weekends ahead than I was 2 weeks ago.

Yes I get it. Day 3 is the worst for me too. I think it is when my body throws a fit because it know I'm not giving in

You can do this. Just think, day 3 may suck, but if you make it through, you'll never have a day 3 again! If you give in, you'll have to do it all over again in 3 days.....can't avoid this day, just have to face it and get over it so it's behind you!

Being irritable is pretty common in the early days Geno.

Why not make a gratitude list instead? It's a lot better for you than biting people's heads off
