New here
I am one week sober from alcohol today. I am enjoying the days with my children and am much more clear from not drinking every evening and waking up feeling crappy. I thought because I only drank at night it was ok but it started getting out of control. Waking up every morning depressed is not the life I want to live. I know it won't always be easy but I am determined to keep going and feeling better and better everyday!
