For the incoming class of December quitters:

You need one tool to fall back on in rough times. You can get this anywhere, anytime. Yes, SoberRecovery.com is like that but, I'm talking about something better.

Ice Cream. ICCC. Ice Cream Cures Cravings.

Yep. Tested and Proven. A bowl of Vanilla or Rocky Road will put all thoughts of a drink out of your head for quite a while. Enjoy.

Thanks! I'm really craving a drink because I feel better than this morning, but I know I can't give in!

I ate some vanilla ice cream with caramel syrup tonight. More tasty and enjoyable than a drink!

I like the sea salt caramel, Haennie.

That brand has a chalky texture though, at least I thought so. I wanted to love it. My fave is still Haagen Dazs.

I was eating my nightly ice cream cone when I read this thread. It's helped get me though some pretty tough times. Ben & Jerry's Chunky monkey. Which is appropriate because when I drank I was skeletal. Not any more. there are some things worth trading off and I'd rather be chunky than drunk.

Ruby, my favorite Ben & Jerry's is probably Cherry Garcia.

There's a coffee and toffee flavor that's pretty amazing too.

I find cream cakes work well too, or any kind of chocolate pudding with cream

But yeah, B and Js has saved my life several times recently.
