Want to add that I can already tell that one of the side effects of quitting drinking is over-eating. That however, is not really my concern at the moment. Weight I can drop and won't kill me, alcohol on the other hand........

Anyway, apparently curves are back !

I actually ate ice cream for supper tonight. big bowl of turkey hill black cherry with a cup of walnuts plus some almonds and two squares of 86% dark chocolate broken up in it.
I've had it for about a month - I can't let it go bad can I?
