Coffee...oh yeah! Who knew it could taste so terrible when we were drinking, and (for me) like heavenly nectar when we aren't? 
My list is too long and will ditto most of what's been written here. So I will just add that I am a much better musician now that I'm sober.

1. I don't have to hear about what I did last night when I was drinking.
2. I don't have to constantly worry about my health and what drinking is doing to it.
3. I feel good about myself and can look at myself in the mirror.
4. I don't feel like a slave to alcohol anymore.
5. I can sleep and wake up refreshed.
6. I feel energetic.
7. I get brief periods of happiness.
8. I feel at peace.
9. I don't have to make high fat food to soothe my stomach after a night of drinking.
10. I have a lot more time to truly relax.
11. I can go where I want when I want.
