I had a few pretty rough days ~a month ago, probably somewhat similar to yours now. I am very familiar with suicidal ideations and other kinds of weird thoughts, both drunk and sober. Like you, last time this happened I reached out to SR for help and the support was unbelievable. But for me it wasn't enough to just write about these things at the time, so I decided to go to the ER. I did, and did not regret it.

I've been following this thread and some of your other posts and totally understand. Also that you feel frustrated about this cutting into the holidays etc. But sometimes a little external help can go a long way no matter what time of year or what others think.

It sounds like you are in a loving relationship with your bf, that's wonderful
