can't find my first post

Probably the wrong place to ask this, so, moderators, feel free to move this question: is there any way to retrieve my original post? I think it was deleted because I posted too much? Can I get it/view it?

you can click on your own name (left side of screen) and go to your page or to your posts. all will come up
