Took me a year... finally made it 30 days.

I started this "journey" a year ago and it's taken quite a few attempts to make it 30 days. The cravings are still there... but they get weaker over time. The desire is still there... but I just got way to sick of "Day 1". It still feels good to wake up not having drunk the night before. Dealing with life's ups and downs is still tricky at times. It seems like anything good, bad, or in between was an excuse to drink before.

Anyway - thanks SR for the help along the way.

Great job clones! It was around 30 days that I knew that I was in this for the long-haul. 30 days is huge. I can relate to that day one thing. I don't think I could handle one more day one. The great news is that you and I never have to!
