I don't think its an issue of "safer.". Give an excuse. I can find a bad idea for me to get drunk over. Or a good idea. Or whatever.

The long and short is I choose. This is the moment when I really have to let logic win.

I hear you on that. There is always a reason to drink if we let that side overcome. But there is always a better reason to not drink. Sometimes it is so annoying to have to fight through those cravings, but it is always worth it in the end. You did a great thing by coming on here. You might now feel it now, but I assure you that by tomorrow you wil feel that way. How long have you been sober for?

Austin, I've got to get off the computer now, I have a student arriving for an English lesson in 20 minutes. I hope you are feeling better now and I hope you will stick close to here whenever you face these cravings. Keep at it, you can do this.

And yeah, I got through the night, and today ok. I'm a bit tired, but I'm gonna head back to Casper tonight rather than wait for Friday. Like Dee said, wherever I go, either my recovery is there or it isn't.

Need to talk to my sponsor, really, really need a meeting, and really need some better sleep.
