Need to get through the night...

I almost didn't post, but I have an urge tonight that has me pacing.

I'm trying to ride out the urge. This is definitely hanging on by a thread. Called my sponsor, left a voicemail, and called two others, and left voicemail with them to. But I had to get it out.

Rural Wyoming. Gotta love it...

So...anyone awake?

0130 here. Probably why no one is awake. I was told about PAWS and cravings in treatment, but this is like a ton of bricks.

Plenty of reasons. Tonight, I think its comes down to boredom. I don't sleep well anyway, so the middle of the night...when being sober is loud.

Yeah. Hoping so. Right now its that idea that a drink would make a silly movie funnier. The logic is saying don't, but logic doesn't apply with my disease

What kind of sauce are you going to put on your pasta?? Carbs are good! I can send you some quick easy sauce recipes if you like. How are you feeling now?

The sauce is whatever jarred stuff is here.

Here's the problem, all. I agreed to come back to my old hometown on a whim, so I'm a hundred miles from my apartment, my AA cds, and only have six months and a little change.

The jarred stuff is good

Here's a tip from the Italians. Cook the pasta according to the minutes listed on the package (it varies from type of pasta) Strain the pasta 1-2 minutes before the listed time, then continue to cook the pasta in the sauce with a little of the cooking water for the final minute or two. It will make for a richer sauce!
