Day 100 :)

Day 100! Yay! Who'd a thunk it!!!

Life is considerably better and easier since I've removed alcohol from the equation.

My favourite word is free. I'm free from my life of misery, from drink being my every waking thought. It dictating EVERYTHING - how I felt, what I did, and how I lived.

I'm freer than I've ever been.

Whether it be day 1, 100 or 1000 well done everyone.

And a big 2 fingers to alcohol 😁

That's a great concept to think about for me today; "freedom." Thanks for the reminder.

We have an old saying in the States that your post reminded me of:

"Free your mind and your a** will follow."

I was a slave to alcohol and had no idea. In freeing my mind, body and spirit of it I was led to a much better life that I could not imagine before. It took some years, but I am now so much more free than I was when drinking. Ironically, I used to believe that "drinking hard" made me some kind of renegade badass that somehow was "making my own rules." Ha!
