end of day 4
hi all almost bed time so will keep it brief
went for a hill walk, went to alcohol support, had a great session
been shopping
been feeling a calm, peace all day like I feel I can beat this , this time .....I'm not questioning this calm I'm following it
so yes been great not much thought of drink or anything else 4
I have a book to read about BPD for a wee while before I sleep, that has a section on drink and bpd which I will read

My last relapse resulted in a withdrawal where I did not sleep a wink until end of day 4. The worst week of my life. Awake round the clock holed up at home with not much to do but suffer. Hope yours was more pleasant.
