Blood Results
Been to docs today and got my blood results and they have all come back ok apart from my liver result that has come back at 48 when it should be 40. I actually thought it would all be much worse and feel like I've been given a second chance to live a much healthier life. I'm going to grab it and get much fitter.
I am getting help with my anxiety and my sleep. I would advise anyone worried about getting help to go for it. Made me feel so much better about things.
On day 43 now my cravings are much less and I'm loving the no hangovers. I still find thinking about never drinking again very daunting but with all the helpful advise on here taking each day at a time.
My 2nd month sober is definitely going a lot better than my first!

Oswin- As always, you are I are relating on pretty much everyhthing so far (including, wonderfully) our sober date!
VERY glad to see us both hanging in there, every day. Not always easy, and yes- 'forever' is still a maddeningly miserable concept for me, but... we are still here, and still being good!
