I'm 11 days sober. I'm so proud of myself. I've gone longer than this, but I feel ready. In 11 days, I've lost about 9 pounds of fat (lots of water I'm sure) and have been killing it at the gym.

I'm ready to hit this week hard because that's what's best for me and that's what makes me happy. I'm in or out. No half assing it.

I'm working out five days this week and I'm going to show my work why I'm the best. And I'm doing it sober. And so can you.
