Great job on the five days. I had to check in here every single day in the evening to keep myself focused. Read and read and read. I also set a goal for myself to comment on five posts a day to keep my thoughts circulating. You are doing great.

I did keep a journal and boy oh boy is it a gnarly read! I have returned to it over and over to remember where I have come fro m and why I do not want to return. Try writing about you past experiences I can still be very helpful.
