Hi Nick

I'm from the uk too (northerner!) haven't posted in a while but recently I attempted to moderate again because I didn't stay vigilant to my mind tricking me. Suffice to say it didn't end particularly well!

Anyway sober again now, if I can give you any bit of advice it would be never to give up. Try something different each time and one day we will get it for good.
