Happy Sobriety Birthday! I want what you have! ODAT (one day at a time) is my best friend in recovery, for so many reasons that I don't even know what they all are yet. Right now it's helping me stay sober physically, and some day it will help me stay sober emotionally.

Congratulations Sharon. It’s a great way of showing how it works one day at a time and that it’s not over in a month or year. It requires much work and efforts to get and maintain a new healthy life and you’re a great power of example.

Today so far has been very peaceful. Ive been
watching tvland shows like Bonanza, Gunsmoke,
Walker for just a few and stepping outside in the
heat to pull a weed or 2 and listen to the Blue
Jays, see a Hummingbird every now and then,
then return to my comfy chair and read posts with
you guys.
Ive enjoyed reading all he kind thoughtful
wishes and pretty balloon picture post to
help me celebrate another day sober. Today
and everyday I spend with you guys is what
completes and fulfills each of my days with
happiness and graditude.
