What a HORRID last 6 hours ive had, panic attack after panic attack, not full blown hyperventilating but still pretty darn bad, been depressed, thoughts racing through my mind like a damn race car!

I have not had ONE alcoholic drink not ONE! nothing zero NADA!!
Not even looking for advice just venting and getting it outta my system.
Nobody said sobriety would be easy but I keep hearing it is worth it so no poison in my system today folks!

You are so awesome Chilledice! My anxiety is waaaaaaaaaaay less now that I have some sober time. I also have reduced the dosage of my depression medication. We are all different and heal at different stages. You are doing awesome!!

Im just focusing on keeping my breathing under control and letting the thoughts of fear and panic pass.
