Here we go

Day 1 lets do this! drinking tons of water, getting loads of fruit in me and also taking concentrated vitamin C to give me a boost! Feel just awful but it will pass.

Just wanna say a HUGE thank you to each and everyone of you! I was in a horrendous torment last night in my mind ( booze will do that ) and you all welcomed me in with warmth and love, thank you so much!

Right today I am sober

Awesome! Suggestion - click back into SR a lot - read posts, respond to posts, post us on how it's going, post us when you feel pain (you will), post us when you think about drinking (you will), ask for help and encouragement (you'll get it). Every journey begins with a single step, and you have started that journey. The goal is so worth it.
